Self-disclosure
is talking to someone else about things that are important to you. Small talk

hopes and dreams are extremely important in relationships. In order to have a
long-lasting, happy and healthy relationship, both parties need to be willing
and able to communicate their own self-disclosure, as well as listen to and
comprehend their partners.
